This year, “Pops by the Sea” is going virtual. The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod concert will stream live on the AFCC Facebook page on Sunday, Aug. 9, at 6 p.m. and will feature performances by the Boston Pops Orchestra, with a spotlight on conductor Keith Lockhart.
