The Provincetown Book Festival will kick off on Saturday, Sept. 18 with “Reading Local,” a curated reading by five local writers, who will be judged by novelist and part-time Provincetown resident Lynne Hugo. To submit: send three pages of prose, or three poems no longer than three pages total, along with an intro and bio to ncinnater@clamsnet.org. The deadline is Aug. 20.
