EASTHAM — The Nauset Regional High School boys lacrosse team beat Bristol-Plymouth 13-0 on Monday, May 23 and defeated Nantucket 10-6 the next day for its eighth straight victory, improving to 15-2 on the season. The Warriors’ season finale is scheduled for Thursday, May 26 at Falmouth High.
The Nauset girls lacrosse team, meanwhile, picked up a 7-6 win at Barnstable on May 21 behind a hat-trick performance by Sienna Reeves. Emily Pearl added two second-half goals for the Warriors. The girls made it two in a row at Martha’s Vineyard on Tuesday, winning 8-7. The team stands at 3 and 13 on the season with two matches to play.
Despite back-to-back losses to Sandwich and Lexington that marked the end of a nine-game winning streak, the Nauset baseball team claimed the Cape & Islands Atlantic Division Championship for the second year in a row. Nauset was scheduled to play Plymouth South on Wednesday.
Nauset softball split two games ahead of a busy final week of the season. The Warriors (5-10) blanked Sandwich 12-0 last Friday, with Kaylee Davis pitching a one-hitter, before falling to Norwell 15-3 on May 23. The Warriors were scheduled to play Nantucket and Sturgis East on Tuesday and Wednesday, respectively.
Nauset boys track and field placed first at the Cape & Islands League Championship meet, while the girls came in fifth.
Both the boys and girls tennis teams picked up wins over Bourne. The girls defeated the Canalmen 3-2 on May 23 to improve to 9-7 and qualify for the Division 2 state tournament.

Girls lacrosse: The Nauset girls host Falmouth for a 4 p.m. game.
Boys lacrosse: Warriors varsity boys lacrosse closes out the regular season with a trip to Falmouth. Game time is 5 p.m.
oed sailing: The Nauset sailing team competes against Dennis-Yarmouth and Cape Cod Academy in a tri-meet at the Orleans Yacht Club at 4 p.m.
Softball: Wareham comes to Nauset for a 5 p.m. game.
Girls tennis: Nauset travels to Wareham for a 4:30 p.m. match.
Saturday, May 28
Baseball: The Warriors travel to Lexington High for the final game of the regular season with the first pitch at 11 a.m.
Coed sailing: The sailing team heads to the Figawi Invitational at the Hyannis Yacht Club. Time TBD.
Sunday, May 29
Coed sailing: The team returns to the Hyannis Yacht Club for day 2 of the Figawi Invitational. Time TBD.
Tuesday, May 31
Girls lacrosse: The Warriors welcome the Dennis-Yarmouth Dolphins on Senior Day for a 4 p.m. tilt.
