Senior Day is a tradition that honors seniors on sports teams at a scheduled game during the season. The football team and cheerleading team celebrated their Senior Day during last week’s game. This year, nine football seniors and three cheerleading seniors were recognized before the start of the game alongside their parents.
The Warriors will look to take a key league victory and stay in the hunt for the playoffs in their Friday night matchup against the Clippers. The team is led by senior quarterback Bobby Joy, who stood out in his Senior Day performance with a passing touchdown, a kickoff return for a touchdown, and an interception on defense.
Boys soccer: The Pembroke Titans (9-5-2) travel to Eastham to take on the Warriors (12-0-2) at 6 p.m. The Warriors remain undefeated and are led by Shavar Champagnie, who has 15 goals and two assists.
