The PROVINCETOWN HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the ADA Accessible Showers & Bathroom Upgrades at State Aided Development: Maushope (667-1) in Provincetown, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by CATALYST ARCHITECTURE / INTERIORS.
The Project consists of but not limited to:
The renovation of 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen located in a Housing Authority dwelling unit. The bathroom renovations are to include ADA compliant accessible walk-in/roll-in shower stalls and updated bathroom fixtures. The kitchen renovations are to include an existing wall removal and new cabinets, counters and fixtures and related work. The kitchen work will be bid as Alternate #1 & Alternate #2.
The construction will be administered using BidDocs’ construction software paid for by the Awarding Authority or Prime Designer.
The work is estimated to cost $94,500.00.
All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 06/05/2024 at 10:00AM EDT for general bids.
Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive.

Provincetown International Baccalaureate Schools will hold Kindergarten Screening on June 3, 2024 for families interested in Kindergarten enrollment at Provincetown IB Schools.
Screening will take place 3pm – 4pm at Provincetown IB Schools, located at 12 Winslow Street, Provincetown, MA 02657. Appointments are required and families are encouraged to bring required documents for enrollment, including a photo identification of parent/guardian, proof of child’s age, proof of residency, and health records (immunization records and physical exam documentation within one year). Specific requirements for registration documents can be found at provincetownschools.com.
Provincetown IB Schools requires a student be age 5 on or before September 1, 2024 to attend Kindergarten in Fall 2024.
