Conversation Starters
A Bit of Paris
A proposal to install a 21-foot-tall replica of the Eiffel Tower at PB Boulangerie Bistro, 15 Lecount Hollow Road, is back for review by the zoning board of appeals. This time, the applicant is requesting variances for sign area, height, and lighting. The previous application in June 2019 requested to permit it as a structure, but the ZBA asked that the applicant return for approval as a sign.
Cape Cod Cannabis Continues
Cape Cod Cannabis will come before the ZBA to continue their hearing for a permit to operate at the former South Wellfleet General Store at 1446 State Highway. The select board approved a host community agreement with the company back in April 2019 and the project has been winding its way through local approvals. —Rik Ahlberg
