Join host Karen Dukess for a conversation with Steven Rowley on Wednesday, June 16th at 7 p.m. as part of Truro Center for the Arts at Castle Hill’s virtual series of author talks. Rowley is the best-selling author of Lily and the Octopus and The Editor. His latest book, The Guncle, tells the humorous but affecting story of Patrick, a once-famous gay sitcom star who is sidelined by a family tragedy that places his niece Maisie, age nine, and nephew Grant, age six, in his care for the summer. Patrick learns that it is one thing to play uncle, another to be a full-time parent. Registration is free, donations appreciated, at castlehill.org.
