Rare Finds at Bakker Online Auction
Bakker Antiques is having its live online winter auction on Saturday, December 19th at 1 p.m. via bakkerproject.com.
It includes works by Karl Knaths, Peter Busa, Ross Moffett, John Grillo, Chaim Gross, Henry Hensche, Paul Resika, Sol Wilson, George Yater, and others. There will be several works by women artists, including Trees and Figures by Edith Lake Wilkinson, the subject of the 2015 documentary Packed in a Trunk: The Lost Art of Edith Lake Wilkinson. Other notable artworks include Africa 7 by Robert Motherwell, part of his 1970 Africa Suite, and a rare print by Hans Hofmann.
