A celebration of the life of Helene Guerin Lyons, known as “Nini,” will take place at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 24 at the Provincetown Commons, 46 Bradford St. A longtime resident of Provincetown and Truro, Nini died on Oct. 11, 2021. She was the proprietor of the shop Remembrances of Things Past at 276 Commercial St. for 40 years. A full obituary will appear in next week’s Independent.
