Lorraine L. Adams of Provincetown died at Seashore Point Wellness and Rehabilitation Center on Jan. 5, 2020 at age 90. She was the wife of the late Richard E. Adams, who died in September 1990.
Born in Provincetown, the daughter of Manuel and Almeda (Patrick) Santos, Lorraine was a lifelong town resident, who stayed at home and took care of her family.
She is survived by a daughter, Bonnie Adams Campbell of Spartanburg, S.C., and grandchildren Michael Turner of Aurora, Colo., Christina Enos of Truro, April Shenk of Wellfleet, and Theodore Soobitsky of Jamaica, Vt. She was predeceased by daughters Sandy Turner and Cynthia Adams.
A funeral service was held on Jan. 15 at the Monsignor Duarte Chapel of St. Peter’s Cemetery and followed by burial in the cemetery.
