Confirmed bird sightings on the Outer Cape in the week preceding the Independent’s deadline on Tuesday, June 13 included the following, based on a report prepared by Mass Audubon’s Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary.
A Franklin’s Gull was photographed at Race Point in Provincetown on June 9.
There was a Least Bittern and a Rose-Breasted Grosbeak in Truro.
