Confirmed bird sightings on the Outer Cape in the week preceding the Independent’s deadline on Tuesday, Feb. 27 included the following, based on a report prepared by Mass Audubon’s Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary. This report looks all the way back to Feb. 14 because the bird tallier at the Audubon was away last week.
