MLK Day Breakfast
This year’s Martin Luther King Breakfast will be held via Zoom on Monday, Jan. 16 from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Each year the breakfast invites a panel of speakers to hold a symposium on a theme. This year it is “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Health Care Perspectives on the Lower and Outer Cape.” The discussion will be led by Leo Blandford, director of community-based care at Outer Cape Health Services, and will include viewpoints of a community health worker, social worker, and primary care physician.
The breakfast is sponsored by the Nauset Interfaith Association, the Martin Luther King Action Team, the Justice in Our Time Fund, and the United Methodist Foundation of New England.
