As we wrap up the summer here at land’s end, a full Moon in Pisces lights the way forward.
Pisces represents spiritual and emotional growth. It is the last sign in the zodiac and thus represents the culmination of all preceding signs. With that in mind, as we look back with perspective on the six months since April’s new Moon in Pisces, we should consider what we have sown in that time: what seeds of intention were planted in spring and tended over the summer?
Aptly, this full Moon is also known as the Harvest Moon. It is named so because its brightness extends the light by which crops are traditionally harvested. As such, this lunation also can be seen as a gift of extra light for the task of bringing our endeavors to fruition. What rewards are we reaping here on the other side of Pisces’ spiritual growth? With Uranus yet in Taurus, they may not be financial but rather energetic.
Meanwhile, Mercury’s ongoing retrograde in Libra mucks up travel plans while also demanding that we learn to communicate harmoniously.
