Join Truro artist Timothy Horn for an in-person reception for his show “Amber Room” at Cape Cod Community College’s Higgins Art Gallery, 2240 Iyannough Road in West Barnstable, on Thursday, Oct. 21, 5 to 7 p.m. Horn uses amber-colored transparent rubber and crystalized rock sugar to create stylized Rococo forms.
