The season of the harvest is here. As we take our first steps into September, the feeling in the air has started to shift. The crowds are dwindling, especially on the weekdays and evenings. For some it’s a welcome change, but for others it’s a wakeup call: time to start thinking in practical terms about the months ahead.
Virgos are most likely to be hearing that call. Leos, Tauruses, and Capricorns also have an inkling that it’s time to get real. Maybe everyone should reread “The Ant and the Grasshopper” right about now.
Luckily, we’re looking at some positive aspects that can help. The Sun and Mercury trine Jupiter will help to expand our access to the things we need.
Mercury’s retrograde may be a slight hindrance, but its conjunction with the Sun and cazimi — a conjunction that’s at the very center of the Sun and considered auspicious — will make mistakes and obstructions visible so you can deal with them before they grow into bigger problems.
We will have to reckon with Venus square Jupiter, which reminds us not to let momentary comforts distract us from long-term goals. Townie summer is a tempting playtime, but there’s more work to do. At the least, harvest the crops that you planted earlier in the year.
Virgo is the most practical of all the signs. They’re smart cookies, and they know very well what needs to be done if we are to enjoy the fruits of our labor. If you need guidance this week, tune into what Virgo has to say.

others don’t seem to see you in a positive light, it’s not your responsibility to change their opinions. Just check in and see if there’s any truth to what they’re saying.
