Probably the biggest challenges will be brought on by the Venus retrograde combust the Sun. This placement will have you putting every detail under the microscope, from a misaligned eyelash to an unfinished float. It will make every artistic endeavor more work than it should be. For aesthetic perfectionists like Leo, Taurus, and Libra, this is going to be a struggle.
On the other hand, Mars’s semi-sextile with the Sun and conjunction with Mercury means a boost of energy, inspiration, and swiftness. Just what’s needed to get those small details under control. Most beneficial of all, Mercury and Mars are trine Jupiter, the planet of expansion, increasing the likelihood our needs are met — maybe even allowing for a bit of enjoyment along the way. The phrase “trust the process” comes to mind.
Overall, the advice relayed by the stars is this: Don’t get too caught up in perfectionism. Take a step back and remember why you’re doing all this in the first place. Carnival is for the fun of it.
