Shoot for the Moon, fellow cosmo-nuts! With a lucky new Moon in Sagittarius on Nov. 23, we are baptized in optimism.
New Moons, as we know, are portals through which we muster fresh perspective. Flavored by the sign in which they take place, this month’s minty Moon is soaking up Sagittarius’s jovial Jupiter-ness.
Speaking of Jupiter, the planet of gifts leaves its retrograde status and goes direct again in Pisces, its home sign, also on Nov. 23. Which means our new beginnings will be flush with fresh intuition — as long as we can keep the faith. Opposite Sagittarius, retrograde Mars broods in Gemini, slathering on a sticky layer of frustration beneath the surface.
But with the new Moon, the Sun, Venus, and Mercury all in Sagittarius, we’ll still have a gay old time. Three or more planets in a sign is called a stellium, in case you didn’t know.
