BREWSTER — The Nauset Players have created a first-ever haunted house at the Crosby Mansion at 163 Crosby Lane, Brewster.
The carefully restored historic house, built in 1888 by Albert and Matilda Crosby, is usually a place for weddings and tours. But the Players along with the Friends of the Crosby Mansion and the Brewster Recreation Dept. have transformed it for Halloween.
Spooky guided tours will be held on Oct. 21 and 22 and again on Oct. 27, 28, and 29. Tours will take place at 5:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m., and 7:30 p.m. Tickets cost $12.
For ages eight and under, tours are offered on Saturday, Oct. 29 from 2 to 4 p.m.
For more information, call 508-896-1744. Tour details and a link to reserve tickets are at the Brewster Recreation Dept. website. —K.C. Myers
