What a Color

Judith Fulmer teaches “Painting the Impressionist Watercolor” via the Cape School of Art, on Monday, July 26th through Friday, July 30th, 9 a.m. to noon. Students will learn the block study method, and be introduced to terms such as local color, brilliance, mass, warm notes, and cool notes. Registration is $350 at capeschoolofart.org.
