Learn how to make maple syrup at home in an online workshop via Mass Audubon on Wednesday, February 3rd, from 7 to 8 p.m. “We’ll cover everything that you need to know — maple identification, weather requirements, tree tapping, sap boiling, and finishing and storing,” according to the course description.
