Picture Perfect

Vote for your choice for the Truro Public Library’s Mock Caldecott through Saturday, January 16th at trurolibrary.org. Each year the library awards a medal to a favorite children’s picture book. This year’s finalists: Outside In by Deborah Underwood, illustrated by Cindy Derby; The Old Truck by Jarrett and Jerome Pumphrey; We Are Water Protectors by Carole Lindstrom, illustrated by Michaela Goade; Honeybee: The Busy Life of Apis Mellifera by Candace Fleming, illustrated by Eric Rohmann; Black Is a Rainbow Color by Angela Joy, illustrated by Ekua Holmes; and Lift by Minh Lê, illustrated by Dan Santat. The winner will be announced on January 19th.
