May Flowers by Eastham Painters 

The Eastham Painters Guild has an online “Florals Gallery” during the month of May at easthampaintersguild.com. The gems of the show are three oil paintings by Robin Wessman: Straw Flowers, Little Pink Rose, and Three Roses. The latter two are small canvases depicting roses floating in midair, their eerie shadows visible underneath. Straw Flowers depicts a hyper-realistic levitating vase: it’s surrealism meets Dutch still life.
