Bill Harley will perform a free outdoor concert in front of Snow Library, 67 Main St. in Orleans, on Wednesday, July 7th, from 5 to 6 p.m. Harley, a two-time Grammy-winning entertainer and storyteller, has been called “the Mark Twain of contemporary children’s music.”
