Jim Broussard and Kevin Cyr at Alden Gallery

The Alden Gallery, 423 Commercial St. in Provincetown, presents a show of new works by Jim Broussard and Kevin Cyr, on view through July 22nd. There will be an opening reception on Friday, July 9th from 7 to 9 p.m. Broussard, who has spent summers in Provincetown since his youth, paints plein-air street scenes, seascapes, and dunescapes. Cyr’s hyper-realistic paintings of vintage automobiles draw inspiration from his childhood growing up in northeast Maine. The gallery is open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily; 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday.
