The Alzheimer’s Support Center of Cape Cod is presenting a free video conference via Zoom, “Managing Dementia Care in the Time of Covid-19 With Teepa Snow,” on Saturday, August 29th, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Snow will present strategies for caregivers.
