EASTHAM — The MIAA Division 3 18th-ranked Nauset girls soccer and 22nd-ranked boys soccer teams are both jockeying for playoff position with just five games remaining.

The Warrior boys recorded their second and third straight draws, tying Falmouth and New Bedford on Thursday and Saturday, respectively. They fought to a 0-0 stalemate with the Clippers before letting a two-goal lead slip away in a 3-3 draw against the Whalers. But the boys notched an emphatic 5-1 over Martha’s Vineyard on Tuesday. They led 4-0 before the Vineyarders broke the clean sheet. The Warriors are 8-1-5 overall.
