Nauset Regional High School spring sports teams are taking to the field, track, course, and water for the first time since 2019 after the 2020 spring season was lost due to Covid-19. Here’s a look at just the second full week of scheduled games.
Thursday, May 13
Girls lacrosse: The Nauset Warriors host the Nantucket Whalers at 3:30 p.m.
Girls golf: The Falmouth Clippers host the Warriors in a round at Falmouth Country Club at 3:30 p.m.
Coed sailing: The Warriors sail out of the Orleans Yacht Club in a race against St. John Paul II at 4 p.m.
Boys lacrosse: The Nantucket Whalers host the Warriors in a game on the island beginning at 5 p.m.
Friday, May 14
Boys baseball and girls softball: The baseball team travels to Barnstable to play the Red Hawks at 4 p.m., while the softball team hosts the Red Hawks at home at the same time.
Boys and girls tennis: The boys team plays an away match against Barnstable while the girls play at home. Both matches begin at 4 p.m.
Monday, May 17
Boys baseball and girls softball: The boys host St. John Paul II at Eldredge Park in Orleans while the girls play an away game against the same team. Both games begin at 4 p.m.
Coed sailing: The sailing team will race against Cape Cod Academy at the Orleans Yacht Club at 4 p.m.
Tuesday, May 18
Boys and girls lacrosse: The girls host the Barnstable Red Hawks while the boys travel to play the same opponent. Both games begin at 4 p.m.
Wednesday, May 19
Coed sailing: The Martha’s Vineyarders host the Warriors for a race on the island beginning at 3:30 p.m.
Boys baseball and girls softball: The baseball team hosts the Falmouth Clippers at Eldredge Park, while the girls travel to face the same opponent. Both games start at 4 p.m.
Boys and girls track: The track team travels to Barnstable for a meet against the Red Hawks at 4 p.m.
