Notice is hereby filed that the Wellfleet Historical Commission will hold a remote Public Hearing on WEDNESDAY, JULY 9, 2025 AT 5:00 PM to review a proposed complete demolition of the following property:
William and Joy O’Connor, 90 Lecount Hollow Road, Map 30, Lot 9, BP-24-282. (Continued from 6.11.25) Reapplication for retroactive approval of demolition of a c.1847 building, following violation of previously approved partial demolition. Proposed demolition to include removal and replacement in kind of all windows, siding, roof structure, and trim details. Demolition and removal of these items has already taken place.

Hearing is held in conformity with the provisions of Chapter 30A, Massachusetts General Laws, and Ch. 2 of the Acts of 2023.
Said meeting will be open to the public and the press virtually, as required by the provisions of the Open Meeting Law, to virtually attend through Zoom Video Conferencing.

In accordance with the provisions of MGL. Ch. 111, Section 31, notice is hereby given that the Wellfleet Board of Health will convene a public hearing at the time and place set forth below for public comment, discussion and possible vote on proposed Draft Board of Health Amended Regulations Section 600 “subsurface sewage disposal systems,” the definition of New Construction as a “trigger” for the installation of the Best Available Nitrogen Reducing Technology, as well as Tobacco Control. The public hearing will be held in person on WEDNESDAY, JULY 30, 2025, AT 5:30 PM, at the Wellfleet Adult Community Center, 715 Old Kings Highway, and on Zoom.

The Wellfleet Community Preservation Committee will open its fall grant round on TUESDAY, JULY 15, 2025, welcoming grant applications for the categories of: Community Housing, Historic Preservation, Open Space and Recreation. INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Town of Wellfleet is seeking bids from qualified vendors to undertake complete management of the Town’s governmental cable station on a contractual basis as specified in the IFB. The term of the contract will be from August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2028.
Bids will be received at the Town Administrator’s Office, 2nd Floor, Wellfleet Town Hall, 300 Main St., Wellfleet, MA 02667 until MONDAY, JULY 28TH, 2025 @ 11:00 AM.
This IFB process shall be administered in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B.
