Notice is hereby filed that the Wellfleet Historical Commission will hold a remote Public Hearing on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 2, 2025 AT 5:00 PM.
Hearing is held in conformity with the provisions of Chapter 30A, Massachusetts General Laws, and Ch. 2 of the Acts of 2023.
Said meeting will be open to the public and the press virtually, as required by the provisions of the Open Meeting Law, to virtually attend through Zoom Video Conferencing.

In accordance with MGL Chapter 130, Sections 52, 53, 57, 58, 59, 60, 80 and 98, and all applicable Town Shellfish Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Wellfleet Selectboard will hold the following hybrid public hearing on APRIL 1, 2025, AT 6:00 P.M. to consider the following:
1) Application received on February 17, 2025, from Devon Nunez (Wellfleet, MA) for the renewal of shellfish grant license #851 consisting of approximately one acre on Field Point for five years beginning April 30, 2025, and expiring April 30, 2030.
2) Application received on February 17, 2025, for the transfer of shellfish grant license #851 consisting of approximately one acre on Field Point from Devon Nunez (Wellfleet, MA) to Devon Nunez and Benjamin Pickard (Wellfleet, MA).
3) Application received on February 24, 2025, from Ross Scherma (Wellfleet, MA) for the renewal of shellfish grant license #95-16 consisting of approximately 0.92 acres on Egg Island for five years beginning April 30, 2025, and expiring April 30, 2030.
4) Application received on February 20, 2025, from Robert Hautanen (Wellfleet, MA), Davin Hautanen (Wellfleet, MA), and Kelly Hautanen (Wellfleet, MA) for the renewal of shellfish grant license #s 738 and 738A, consisting of approximately 1.3 acres and 0.16 acres, respectively, on Indian Neck for nine years, 11 months and 29 days beginning May 1, 2025, and expiring April 30, 2035.

19-23 PJEGD Enterprise, Inc., 2393 State Highway Route 6, Map 23, Parcel 211: JEGD Enterprise Inc (PJEGD) acquired the Marijuana Retailer license previously held by Nature’s Alternative, Inc. to operate the retail marijuana dispensary located at 2393 State Highway Route 6. As required by the Special Permit previously issued by the Board to Nature’s Alternative, Inc. pursuant to WZB s. 5.4.2 and 5.4.13, PJEGD is seeking amendment approval from the Board to transfer the Special Permit to PJEGD. No changes are proposed to the site or use other than a new operator (PJEGD) will be operating the retail marijuana establishment.
