24-12: Taylor Lemme, 345 Wilson Avenue, Map 30, Parcel 616: Special Permit pursuant to MGL 40A, s. 6 and WZB section 235-6.1.5 and a grant of a NSPD Special Permit pursuant to WZB 6.24 to demolish a single-story preexisting non-conforming as to three setbacks on an undersized lot and build a one and a half story dwelling which is less non-conforming as to two setbacks and slightly more non-conforming as to one.
