Notice is hereby given that the Wellfleet Selectboard will hold a rescheduled public hearing on Tuesday, December 3 2024; 6:00pm. virtually and in person via zoom and at the Wellfleet Community Center (715 Old King’s Highway) to consider the following:

• To amend the town of Wellfleet Rules and Regulations for beach sticker eligibility for taxpayers, residents, and visitors – (proposed amendments can be found at town hall and will be published in the selectboard packet)

Notice is hereby filed that the Wellfleet Historical Commission will hold a remote Public Hearing on WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2024, AT 5:00 PM.

Hearing is held in conformity with the provisions of Chapter 30A, Massachusetts General Laws, and Ch. 2 of the Acts of 2023.

Said meeting will be open to the public and the press virtually, as required by the provisions of the Open Meeting Law, to virtually attend through Zoom Video Conferencing.
