Chapter 131, Section 40, and the Wellfleet Environmental Protection Bylaw, will hold a Public Hearing in person in the basement of Town Hall and via Zoom on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, Public Hearings begin at 4:00 pm; business meeting to follow.

Notice is hereby given that the Wellfleet Selectboard will hold a public hearing on Tuesday August 6, 2024, at 7:00p.m. virtually and in person via zoom and at the Wellfleet Community Center (715 Old King’s Highway) to decide the following:

• Approval of a new license (FP-002) for Cumberland Farms, 2586 State Highway, Route 6, Wellfleet, MA. This was sold per Cumberland’s licensing company.  The land has been sold to OBSIDIAN ML6, LLC but Cumberland Farms leases the property.
