In accordance with the provisions of MGL. Ch. 111, Section 31, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Wellfleet Board of Health will be held at the time and place set forth below to discuss and vote on Section 8000: fee schedule change and transfer station fees. The public hearing will be held in person on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at 5:30 pm, at the Wellfleet Adult Community Center, 715 Old Kings Highway, and on Zoom.
Copies of the proposed changes are available on the Town website on the Board of Health page.

Upon the Order of Remand issued by the Land Court in the matters of Great White, et al v. Wellfleet ZBA, et al., C.A.
