- Amendment of Wellfleet’s Beach Rules and Regulations – to consider making Maguire’s Landing/LaCount’s Hollow a residential/taxpayer beach.

Johnson/Alford, 156 Pleasant Point Road, Map 35, Parcel 110, RDA, remove two large pitch pines and replace with two apple trees and ten low bush blueberries.
