In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 138, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on TUESDAY,
FEBRUARY 21, 2023, AT 7:00 P.M. both virtually and at the Wellfleet Community Center (715 Old King’s Highway) to consider the following:
• Application received January 31, 2023, from Culley Schultz and Eric Bremicker for a One-day Special Event Liquor License on September 8, 2023, at the Baker’s Filed Pavilion for a rehearsal dinner.
• To amend the Wellfleet Beach Sticker and Recreation Fees. Copies of the proposed changes will be available in the Administration Office.
• Mac’s Shack located at 91 Commercial Street Wellfleet: for alteration of their ABCC license at Mac’s Shack; to permanently extend the allowable alcohol service area to include the outside waiting and seating sections.
