In accordance with MGL Chapter 41 Section 69B, notice is hereby given that the
Wellfleet Board of Water Commissioners will hold a virtual and in-person public hearing on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at 7:00 pm at the Wellfleet ACC, 716 Old Kings Hwy, Wellfleet, MA 02667 to amend as follows: The Wellfleet Water System Fees, Rate Structure and Regulations. A copy of the proposed amendments will be available in the Office of the Town Clerk and will be posted on the Town’s website prior to the hearing.
