Invitation for Bids
The Town of Truro is seeking sealed bids for the supply and delivery of a closed top ejector trailer.
Bid specifications may be obtained from the Town of Truro website at https://www.truro-ma.gov under bids and proposals.
Bids will be received at the Truro Town Hall first floor Administration Offices, 24 Town Hall Rd., P.O. Box 2030, Truro, MA 02666, on or before Thursday Aug 1, 2024 at 1:00pm
Sealed envelopes containing bids shall be clearly marked “Truro Trailer”
NOTE: One original and two (2) copies of each bid shall be submitted. NO faxed proposals will be accepted.
The Town of Truro reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informality contained therein, and to award the contract as decided to be in the best interest of the Town.
All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B as amended.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
OWNER’S PROJECT MANAGER
New Department of Public Works Facility
The Town of Truro, acting through its Town Manager, will receive responses from qualified firms for Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) Services for the final design, engineering and construction administration of the new Department of Public Works (DPW) Facility located at 24 Town Hall Road Truro MA 02666. The estimated construction cost is approximately $28,000,000.00 including the negotiated OPM fee, 2,800,000.00 has been appropriated at Town Meeting to move forward with design and permitting. It is anticipated the Project will be completed by Summer of 2027.
Copies of the RFQ will be available from the Town of Truro website at https://www.truro-ma.gov under bids and proposals.
Responses are to be submitted to the Town of Truro first floor administration offices, 24 Town Hall Road., P.O. Box 2030, Truro MA 02666 no later than August 1, 2024 at 2:00pm to be considered.
