The Truro Board of Health will hold a public hearing on June 6, 2023 to review and approve amendments to their local regulations regarding Section VI: Local Septic Regulations to Supplement Title 5 State Environmental Code.

The Truro Board of Health approved revisions to Section V: Transfer Station Rules & Regulations at their Public Hearing on May 2, 2023. These revised regulations will go into effect on June 1, 2023.
