TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS: The Truro Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing Monday, April 3, 2023 at 5:00PM; THIS IS A REMOTE PARTICIPATION MEETING. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IS VIA PHONE OR E-MAIL. Under the Executive Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, signed by Governor Baker on March 12, 2020, all members in any meeting of the public body may participate remotely. Specific information and the general guidelines for remote participation by members of the public will be posted on the Truro website: www.truro-ma.gov, in accordance with Massachusetts General Law 131 section 40 (Wetlands Protection Act) and the Truro Conservation Bylaw, Chapter 8 to consider the following:

The Town of Truro is seeding sealed bids to install and furnish all labor, materials and equipment, and to perform all operations required for raising, lifting, moving, and relocating onto new foundations one 2-bedroom house and one residential structure located in Truro, MA 02666
Bid specifications may be obtained from the Town of Truro website at https://www.truro-ma.gov under Bids and Proposals.
Bids will be received at the Truro Town Hall first floor administration offices, 24 Town Hall Road, P.O. Box 2030 Truro, MA 02666 on or before April 7, 2023, at 2:30pm.

General Laws, c.140 §183A amended, Ch. 140§181 & Ch.136§4 the Truro Select Board will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. to hear an application for a 7-day seasonal entertainment license received from Captain’s Choice, Kristi Wageman, Manager, 4 Highland Road.
