Truro Central School
TRURO PRESCHOOL REGISTRATION
We are excited to continue to offer tuition-free preschool for Truro residents and children of Truro town employees. We greatly appreciate our school committee’s commitment to making Truro a family friendly community.
The Truro Central School Preschool Program serves the town’s three- and four-year-olds. By state and federal regulation, preschoolers three years old and older are entitled to special education services, including enrollment in a program with their peers.
Preschool enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year is now open to preschoolers who turn 3 years old on or before September 1, 2023.
In setting enrollment, preference will be given to all Truro residents aged 3 and 4 followed by children of town employees. Upon satisfying the enrollment needs of these groups, the school Principal will use their discretion in balancing the educational and legal requirements for enrolled students with the enrollment requests of non-resident students.
Please find registration materials for the 2023-2024 school year on our website www.truromass.org or by calling the school at 508-487-1558. In order to register your child for the Truro Central School Preschool Program, you must fill out and return the Registration Form and the Enrollment Request Form to the school office by March 31, 2023.
