TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS: The Truro Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing Monday, January 9, 2023 at 5:00PM; THIS IS A REMOTE PARTICIPATION MEETING. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IS VIA PHONE OR E-MAIL. Under the Executive Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, signed by Governor Baker on March 12, 2020, all members in any meeting of the public body may participate remotely. Specific information and the general guidelines for remote participation by members of the public will be posted on the Truro website: www.truro-ma.gov, in accordance with Massachusetts General Law 131 section 40 (Wetlands Protection Act) and the Truro Conservation Bylaw, Chapter 8 to consider the following:

22 Great Hills Rd, Pamela & Jason Moriarty: replace section of foundation; Buffer Zone to a Coastal Bank. (Map 49, Parcel 23)
492 Shore Rd, Laura Keegan: septic system upgrade; Barrier Beach, Coastal Dune & Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage. (Map 8, Parcel 22)
15 Depot Rd, Kelsey Tyler: septic system upgrade; Riverfront Area & Buffer Zone to a Coastal Bank. (Map 50, Parcel 166)
