CONSERVATION COMMISSION
In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, s. 40) and/or Provincetown General Bylaws Chapter 12, Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 P.M. ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2, 2025, in the Judge Welsh Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA, to consider the following in addition to cases continued from previous hearings:
CON-25-55 4 Pilgrims Landing Notice of Intent filed by Chuck Rowland to construct a new single family home, driveway, and associated appurtenances. Work to take place within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage and Buffer Zone to Coastal Dune and Salt Marsh.
CON-25-27 333R Commercial Street Request for Amended Order of Conditions filed by Chase Hiffernan to put previously approved barrel sauna on a movable trailer. Work to take place within Coastal Beach and Coastal Dune.
CON-25-8 317-319 Commercial Street Notice of Intent filed by James Fagan to provide a properly sized grease trap by installing a new septic tank to act as a second compartment grease trap. Work to take place within Coastal Beach, Coastal Dune, and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage.
