HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION
The Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 3:30 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 6, 2025, in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
Public Hearings will be held for the following applications requesting a Certificate to be issued in accordance with the Provincetown Historic District Commission established under the General By- Laws, Chapter 15 of the Town of Provincetown.
HDC 25-158
Application by John Casale, on behalf of Thomas R. Burke 2008 Revocable Trust, requesting to demolish and reconstruct a new, larger dwelling with the existing foundation to remain but with remediation of any areas of adverse condition, to add a new deck, to alter non-structural retaining walls, and to minimally regrade the property located at 14 West Vine Street, U4.
HDC 25-159
Application by Kevin Bazarian, on behalf of 100 Bayberry, LLC, requesting to raise a structure to install a foundation, to add a dormer on the north and south elevations, to extend a gable end to the rear, thereby eliminating a flat roof and a chimney, to modify window and door locations, and to replace roofing shingles and cedar siding on the property located at 9 Conant Street.
