The Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 3:30 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 19, 2025, in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
Public Hearings will be held for the following applications requesting a Certificate to be issued in accordance with the Provincetown Historic District Commission established under the General By-Laws, Chapter 15 of the Town of Provincetown.
HDC 25-25
Application by Hal Winard, on behalf of Paul Houlihan, requesting to modify a previously approved Certificate of Compliance (HDC 24-153) to replace siding with wood shingles on a west elevation wall with one of the following: Standing-seam metal roofing, asphalt shingles, or Hardie cement-based siding in a color to match the existing wood shingles, and to add solar panels on the structure located at 5 Cudworth Street.
HDC 25-35
Application by Stephanie Jacobson-Landon requesting to restore wood fences on the south and on the west elevation of the property, with the former being 36” high with 2 x 2 pickets and a 1 x 4 cap and 2 gates, and the latter matching the fence on the east elevation of the property located at 508 Commercial Street.

Application by Ted Smith, on behalf of Lexvest 10 Freeman, LLC, requesting to raise a structure and add a second story on the property located at 10 Freeman Street.
