In accordance with §2-3-g of the Provincetown Charter, the Commission will hold a Public Hearing on TUESDAY, MARCH 18, 2025, AT 6:00 P.M. in the Judge Welsh Hearing Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA to hear comments from the public and to determine the number of Board members in favor or opposed to the articles relating to the natural environment on the warrant of the April 7, 2025 Town Meeting.
This meeting will be conducted in person; however, members of the public may participate remotely. Comments may be submitted in writing no later than Monday, March 17, 2024, 12:00 p.m., by mail to the Conservation Agent, Department of Community Development, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA 02657, by email to [email protected], or by remote participation during the hearing by dialing (833) 579-7589; when prompted, enter the following conference number: 647 151 808#. Behavioral Aides

Remand order from the Barnstable Superior Court Docket No. 2172CV00190 and 2472CV00065, through which the Superior Court affirmed in all respects the Finding and Decision of the Zoning Board of Appeals on Remand, dated February 1, 2024, on the application of Nancy Lockwood for a Special Permit (ZBA Docket 21-04) for the property at 1 Holway Avenue, Unit 1A (Residential 3 Zone) and further instructed the Zoning Board of Appeals to conduct hearing for the limited purpose of determining applicability of max lot coverage under Article 2, Section 2560, Dimensional Schedule, by the Zoning By-Laws at 1 Holway Avenue, U1A, and to make findings and appropriate relief determine relief, if any, pursuant to Article 3, Section 3110, Change, Extensions or Alterations (if applicable). Application by Hal Winard, on behalf of Paul Houlihan, requesting to modify a previously approved Certificate of Compliance (HDC 24-153) to replace siding with wood shingles on a west elevation wall with one of the following: Standing-seam metal roofing, asphalt shingles, or Hardie cement-based siding in a color to match the existing wood shingles, and to add solar panels on the structure located at 5 Cudworth Street.
