New Sewer Design-Build-Operate (DBO) Contract
The Town of Provincetown (Awarding Authority), acting through the Department of Public Works (DPW), is seeking technical and price proposals for the New Sewer Design-Build-Operate (DBO) Contract. The project involves the design, construction, and operation of the expanded sewer collection, treatment, and disposal system in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Pre-Proposal Conference: A pre-proposal conference will be held on November 18, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at the Provincetown DPW office, 2 Mayflower St, Provincetown, MA 02657.
- Technical and price proposal documents will be available on the Town’s OpenGov electronic procurement system: October 31, 2024, at 3:00 p.m.
- Technical and Price Proposal Deadline: Technical and price proposals shall be submitted electronically no later than January 23, 2025, at 3:00 p.m.
- Bonding Documents: Hard copies of all bonding documents must be submitted to the Provincetown DPW in accordance with the proposal submission instructions.
- Proposer questions shall be submitted no later than December 23, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. Questions received after the above deadline may not be considered by the Awarding Authority. All questions shall be submitted in writing via the OpenGov portal.
- THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY PROCURED VIA THE TOWN’S WEB PORTAL https://www.provincetown-ma.gov/37/Procurement. NO HARD COPIES OR EMAILED SUBMISSION WILL BE ACCEPTED.

CON-22-33 5 Pilgrims Landing Request for Amended Order of Conditions (SE 058-0662) filed by Bradford Walker to revise the approved plans for the construction of a single family dwelling and associated appurtenances. The Provincetown Historic District Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 3:30 P.M. on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
Public Hearings will be held for the following applications requesting a Certificate to be issued in accordance with the Provincetown Historic District Commission established under the General By-Laws, Chapter 15 of the Town of Provincetown.

Application by Kenneth Hale requesting to add double-hung windows and a nine-light door on a screened-in porch and convert it into a 3-season porch on a south elevation, to add a dormer on the east elevation and side it with shingles, to cantilever a second-floor deck and replace existing decking with mahogany decking and an Azek rail system, and to replace an under-sized door with a code-compliant door and to replace 2 windows with 1 window on the north elevation, to replace a rubber roof over a west-facing porch and add a metal roof over a proposed 3-season porch and over a proposed west-facing dormer, to replace remaining roof areas with asphalt shingles, to replace any damaged fencing in kind, and to either keep the existing siding and boarding on the structure or to replace them on a structure located at 21 Brewster Street.
