In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, s. 40) and/or Provincetown General Bylaws Chapter 12, Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Provincetown Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, in the Judge Welsh Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA, to consider the following in addition to cases continued from previous hearings:
CON-24-72 1 Ships Way Notice of Intent filed by Robert J Martin to repair the existing retaining wall, and plant disturbed area with native species. Work to take place within buffer zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetland.
CON-24-73 519 Commercial Street Notice of Intent filed by Pavel Fiodarau to renovate and repair foundation. Work to take place within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage and buffer zone to Coastal Beach.
CON-24-77 661 Commercial Street Notice of Intent filed by Eric Larsen to reconfigure back yard area to improve management of stormwater and coastal flooding. Work to take place within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage and buffer zone to Coastal Beach.
