The Provincetown Select Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, May 13, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Judge Welsh Hearing Room, Provincetown Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA 02657 pursuant to General Bylaws Section 11-6-2, for the following application:
Application by Bradford Walker requesting approval to install a new 17.3-foot driveway and relocating an existing 29-foot curb cut approximately 11 feet Eastward, on Commercial Street for the property located at 21 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA to access the property for parking. (Assessor’s Map 5-3, Parcel 3).

IMPLEMENTATION OF FISCAL 2025-27 VALUATION PROGRAM
This program will complete the Fy2025 and Fy2027 Interim Valuation Updates as well as the Fy2026 Recertification.
Sealed bids will be received by the Office of the Town Manager at 260 Commercial St, Provincetown, MA 02657 no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 28, 2024. To view the Request for Proposals, visit the “Bid Opportunities” page on the Town web site, www.provincetown-ma.gov/37/procurement.
Bids will be opened in the Judge Welsh room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA 02657 on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at 4 p.m.
All proposals for this project are subject to applicable public bidding laws of Massachusetts, including, but not limited to, G.L. c.30B.
