The Provincetown Historic District Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 3:30 P.M. on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, in the Judge Welsh Room at Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA.
Public Hearings will be held for the following applications requesting a Certificate to be issued in accordance with the Provincetown Historic District Commission established under the General By-Laws, Chapter 15 of the Town of Provincetown.
HDC 24-15
Application by Samuel Southworth, on behalf of Gregory Whitehead et vir., requesting to replace a metal chain-link fence on the property located at 24 Standish Street.
HDC 24-50
Application by William Frye requesting to add a gate to a fence that the owners of 119 Commercial Street will be installing along the side yard of 117 Commercial Street.
HDC 24-53
Application by Chuck Stanko requesting to perform a complete renovation of a structure, whose doors, windows and fencing plans have all been approved in a previous HDC hearing, and permission to remove the existing vinyl siding and replace it with cedar shingles and wooden trim on the property located at 5 Alden Street.

Application by Kevin Bazarian, on behalf of Bay View Condominiums, requesting to replace existing decks and stairs in the same configuration and footprint with pressure-treated framing, mahogany posts, and stainless-steel cable railings on the property located at 421 Commercial Street.

Application by Joanne Cancro requesting to install a 12’ wide and 3’ high double-drive gate of cedar board on the property located at 8D Commercial Street, UA.

The Provincetown Year-round Market Rate Rental Housing Trust is seeking proposals for professional marketing services from qualified and licensed real estate brokers to market show and present offer to the Trust to purchase or lease the property known as “Harbor Hill.”
